Our receptionists are available to help you and anything that you tell them is treated in absoloute confidence. They are commited to making the best arrangements to suit you, bearing in mind the needs of all patients. The reception staff manage the appointment registers. Using the practice’s computers, they also maintain the patients register, record key activities and load repeat prescriptions.
