We take very seriously our responsibility of ensuring that we keep confidential any data included in your medical records. Any hospital referral information sent to a consultant or doctor will only include information that is relevant to your medical condition. We will only disclose medical information that we hold on you to a third party, for example, a solicitor or insurance company, on receipt of your written approval.
